• Fixed issue when the internal script event onChanged for a field, was not triggered when the change came from a custom HTML field (VPE-5030).

• Request to edit an image field from a custom HTML page using payloadhosting, is now handled by Viz Pilot Edge, and it opens the image browser (VPE-5031).

• MOSID is now read from the database parameter ax_MOSID and can be overridden with the URL parameter mosid when using ShowEdge (VPE-5045).

Template Builder

• Request to edit a text field from a custom HTML page using payloadhosting, is now handled by Template Builder, and it opens a text input box (VPE-5033).

Pilot Edge

• Fixed the Date and Time field of showing an error when the template had a script running (WUI-1248).

• Removed redundant display of boolean label in tables (WUI-1250).

• Improved numeric fields in tables: removed too-narrow slider and right align (WUI-1206).

• Fixed an issue when the Library item status was wrongly kept on newly created elements (VPE-4894).

• Viz one assets availability is now checked when opening a payload. If an image is no longer available (deleted on Viz One), a warning is shown (WUI-1255).

• Fixed an issue where the Template didn't create the placeholder for the image when using OMS (VPE-4912).

• Fixed issue when the payload was not properly updated in some concurrent requests scenario (VPE-4957).

• New onLoad and onCreate script events are available for initialization. They should also be used to solve some "non-draggable element" issues at opening (VPE-4704, VPE-4721, VPE-4751).

• It is now possible to specify hidden/read-only expressions on fields in Template Builder (WUI-734).

• The feed browser now supports standard RSS feeds (WUI-193).

• Users can create a dropdown using an Atom feed to populate it (WUI-700).

Pilot Edge

• PDS ax_disable_data_overwrite setting is now correctly taken in account when Viz Pilot Edge is used as a NLE plugin (VPE-4774).

• Fixed wrong behavior when using metadata that contains commas within scripts (VPE-4576).

• Fixed some keyboard scroll issues on dropdowns (VPE-4660).

• Fixed the ax_disable_data_overwrite not always being taken in account when using ShowEdge (VPE-4741).

• Fixed the Payload hosting wrongly and returning null when setting an empty string (WUI-701).

Template Builder

Pilot Edge

• Dynamic dropdowns will only be displayed on normalized string and multiline field types, even if other field types have been set to dynamic dropdowns with older versions (WUI-578).

• Support for editing or viewing overlay graphics of videos is temporarily skipped (WUI-1116).

• Support for editing in/out marks of videos with overlay graphics is temporarily skipped (WUI-1113).

• For legacy templates containing line breaks (for instance templates containing WoC control fields), setting ax_add_dbdata_to_mosexternal to true, will make the template fail to be reopened in ENPS (WUI-740).

Template Builder

• Dynamic dropdown is only available to be used on string and multiline field types in the UI (VPE-4772).

• The controlimage folder restrictions are not supported for old (Viz Artist < 3.9) versions of scenes (VPE-4614).

Hardware

There are no known hardware limitations for Viz Pilot Edge and Template Builder, other than requirements stipulated by the newsroom systems hosting the client.
